The Casual Check In/Check Out Clerk position involves checking in Driver bills and delivery receipts, scan and enter the details into the database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from Drivers.
- Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the database.
- Report any over, short or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to the Operations Dept.
- Work closely with Drivers, Dispatch and Operations.
- Use information to answer questions and problems as they arise.
- General office duties and other duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- No experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with challenging or difficult customer situations and resolve issues successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
- AS400 experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent required.
