Seeking an experienced legal professional to lead and support a global legal team within the financial services and technology sector.

• Provide strategic legal advice on product development, sales contracts, and partnerships.
• Align legal operations with corporate objectives, enhancing processes for efficiency.
• Manage intellectual property strategies, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on complex legal issues.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and industry best practices.
• Require JD, bar membership, and 7-10 years in-house legal experience in finance or tech, especially payments, banking, or data practices.
