About the role:
Packsize is looking for a Corporate Counsel to be a trusted legal partner to the business,
someone who enjoys translating complex legal issues into practical, business-friendly guidance.
In this role, you'll support our Legal team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and our Europe business unit, helping to drive growth
while managing risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded attorney who
wants hands-on responsibility, exposure to international work, and a front-row seat to how a
global manufacturing and technology company operates.
What You'll Do:
agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), vendor and supplier agreements, and other
transactional documents.
supports company objectives and enables smart, efficient deal-making.

What You'll Bring

Strong foundation in contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation.
International commercial experience is a plus, particularly supporting European or other non-
U.S. business teams.
Experience working with CLM systems and legal technology tools.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance legal rigor and business
practicality.
