Job Summary
The Corporate Counsel works closely with senior attorneys to provide legal guidance to leadership on a wide range of routine matters which may vary in complexity in relation to our Pharmacy and Healthcare business.

Basic Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling healthcare and/or pharmacy regulatory matters, preferably gained through a combination of:
Law firm healthcare or pharmacy practices, and/or
In‑house roles supporting healthcare, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, digital health, or life sciences businesses.
Working knowledge of U.S. pharmacy and healthcare regulatory frameworks, such as:
Fraud and abuse laws (including Anti‑Kickback Statute and False Claims Act)
HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare privacy and security requirements.
Experience advising on healthcare‑related transactions, including:
Commercial agreements, vendor and services agreements, and professional services arrangements
Digital health, technology, data‑sharing, and vendor contracting in regulated environments
Structuring and negotiating agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Experience identifying, assessing, and managing regulatory risk while enabling business objectives in a highly regulated environment.
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage matters from issue‑spotting through execution.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to non‑lawyers and other business partners.
Proven judgment, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed corporate environment.
