The primary duties, responsibilities, and expected contributions of the attorney in this position include: Providing clients with legal assistance and advice regarding contracts, resort and owner services issues, and association governance; Providing general legal advice and counsel regarding compliance with various laws and regulations; Providing support related to association governance, owner services and operational finance and accounting business partners; Drafting documentation relating to management and operation of MVW’s resorts and exchange companies including, but not limited to, management agreements, integration agreements, leases, easements, vendor contracts, service agreements and affiliation agreements; Collaborating with Global Resort Operations and Owner Services team members to identify opportunities for and offering training for business partners; Supporting all aspects of company policies and practices; Collaborating with outside counsel, vendors, and consultants to support resort operations and owner services matters; Performing other duties as appropriate.
