    Join Amazon"s Legal Department as Corporate Counsel supporting our Worldwide Operations and Robotics teams. In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams to provide legal guidance on innovative systems and robotics solutions. The position focuses on supporting product development, commercial agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.     Key job responsibilities

    • Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives
    • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts
    • Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design
    • Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing
    • Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance
