Seeking a Corporate Counsel specializing in Employment & Litigation to provide legal advice, manage employment disputes, draft agreements, ensure compliance, and develop policies across the Americas.
Responsibilities include advising on employment issues, handling litigation and disputes, negotiating agreements, conducting policy audits, monitoring legal updates, collaborating with HR and finance, delivering training, and supporting special projects.
Qualifications include a JD and active U.S. bar membership, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong risk assessment skills, comfort in a fast-paced environment, excellent relationship-building, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. Prior in-house or law firm experience preferred.
Salary ranges from $177,000 to $232,000 plus bonus and equity, with comprehensive benefits. Candidates must adhere to confidentiality and security standards.
