Hybrid working arrangements are available.Responsibilities: Act as the US legal resource for the company's products and services, providing high-quality, pragmatic advice to commercial teams, including engaging external counsel when necessary.Review and negotiate Terms & Conditions, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, RFPs, and other contracts, addressing related legal issues.Negotiate Data Protection agreements and support data privacy compliance projects.Ensure legal compliance with US state and federal laws, as well as international regulations.Handle litigation matters, including IP infringement and credit/collection issues.Assist with legal training and development, mentoring junior team members.Undertake ad hoc legal projects as needed.Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the US bar.At least 5 years post-qualification legal experience, with a minimum of 2 years in-house.Strong understanding of contract and commercial law, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and communicate across different levels.High attention to detail and strong legal analysis skills.Knowledge of company and commercial law practices.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Preferred Skills: Legal negotiation and drafting expertise.Strong technical legal knowledge and practical, business-focused advice.Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.What We Offer: A diverse, collaborative, and passionate global team.Comprehensive benefits from day one.Supportive environment with coaching and development opportunities.An inclusive culture that promotes work-life balance and flexibility.Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
