We are seeking a versatile Corporate Counsel to support our growing global business, reporting to the General Counsel.
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial and operational agreements to ensure compliance and protect the business across international markets.
Provide practical legal guidance on contracts, regulations, risk management, and dispute resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop training, policies, and best practices to promote legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Support dispute resolution and oversee litigation when necessary, managing outside counsel globally.
Maintain awareness of employment, trade, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications include: 3+ years of corporate and commercial law experience, a U.S. J.D., admission or eligibility to practice law in Georgia, strong negotiation skills, and experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations.
