Oxford Solutions is working with a respected legal client seeking a Corporate & Business Transactions Attorney to join their Business & Finance practice group. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity for an attorney with 3-7 years of experience who is looking to expand their exposure across a broad range of corporate and financial matters. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience, along with performance-based bonus opportunities.

In this position, you will work closely with senior attorneys and shareholders to support commercial clients across multiple disciplines, including corporate transactions, real estate, and financial structuring. Responsibilities:

  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and transaction execution
  • Assist with commercial lending and financing transactions
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements such as purchase agreements, supply contracts, leases, NDAs, and employment agreements
  • Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and related structuring considerations
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex client matters across multiple practice areas
  • Provide clear, strategic legal guidance aligned with client business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 3-7 years of experience practicing law in a firm, corporate, or government setting
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business entity formation, governance, and related tax considerations
  • Exposure to a variety of corporate and financial transactions
