A growing Wilmington law firm is looking to add a Corporate Attorhney to its Business, Tax Planning & Transactions group. This is a growth hiree, driven by increasing demand from local and national business clients.

The attorney will work closely with closely held businesses, family-owned companies, professional practices, and entrepreneurs on:

• M&A and business acquisitions/sales
• Entity formation and corporate governance
• Business and tax planning
• Succession planning
• General corporate counseling and transactions

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive client contact, hands-on transactional experience, and a long-term path for growth. Attorneys are encouraged to develop their own client relationships and book of business, with origination considered in compensation and advancement.

Highlights:

• $185K–$195K base salary, depending on experience
