Corporate Attorney (Transactional / M&A) | Manchester, NH | 3–5+ Years Experience | NH Bar Required

A leading Northern New England business and litigation law firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its busy Corporate Practice Group in Manchester, New Hampshire. This attorney will work alongside a high-performing team of lawyers and professionals, providing practical, business-oriented representation to business, nonprofit, and individual clients across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

The firm is one of the largest in Northern New England, attracting sophisticated, high-value work from national, regional, and local companies and individuals. Its culture centers on service — to clients, community, colleagues, and the profession — and it maintains a strong tradition of civic leadership, with attorneys serving as jurists, bar association leaders, and board members for major nonprofits and charitable organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar
  • 3–5+ years of relevant corporate law / transactional experience
  • M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and general business transactions experience preferred, but not required
  • Superior legal writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound business and legal judgment; strong team player

What You'll Do:

  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel on corporate transactions, business formation, and general corporate matters
  • Support mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and professionals across the Corporate Practice Group
  • Advise business, nonprofit, and individual clients on a broad range of commercial legal matters
