Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Technology Deal Work in Downtown San Jose

Our client, a well-established Silicon Valley law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its San Jose office. The corporate group represents technology companies, founders, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, technology licensing, and general corporate counseling.

This is an in-office role in San Jose, working closely with partners and clients.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate technology licensing, commercial, and strategic partnership agreements
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
