Corporate Attorney – Manchester, NH

Compensation: $120,000+ DOE

A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, business law, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, business agreements, and transactional documents.

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business formations, and commercial transactions.

• Manage corporate matters from inception through closing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Bar license in good standing.

• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or business transactions.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills.
