A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and securities to join its thriving transactional practice.

This is a great opportunity to get hands-on deal experience, meaningful client exposure, and increasing responsibility while working alongside a collaborative team.

The Opportunity

• Draft & negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, investment documents, and more

• Handle M&A due diligence and represent buyers and sellers throughout transactions

• Advise clients on corporate governance

• Assist with private securities offerings and securities law compliance

• Work directly with clients, boards, and opposing counsel

• Gain exposure to clients across a wide range of industries

What You Bring

• 2+ years of corporate/transactional experience

• Experience with M&A and securities matters

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing practice
