Corporate Attorney: Practical Business Counseling with Hybrid Flexibility in San Diego

Our client, a respected San Diego firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its San Diego office. The group advises companies, professional practices, and entrepreneurs on contracts, governance, financings, and growth transactions.

This is a hybrid role in San Diego. You will split time between the office and home while building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents
• Advise on entity formation, governance, and ownership issues
• Support financing and acquisition transactions
• Coordinate diligence and closing processes
• Serve as a practical counselor to business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with partner support
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
