Corporate Attorney: Business and Private Client Transactions with Hybrid Flexibility in Naples

Our client, a highly regarded Southwest Florida firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Naples office. The practice serves privately held businesses, investors, and high-net-worth clients on acquisitions, business sales, restructurings, and general corporate counseling.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the Naples office and working from home.

What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate business acquisition and sale documents
• Prepare operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, and governance documents
• Advise clients on succession planning for closely held companies
• Coordinate due diligence and closings
• Draft and review commercial contracts and vendor agreements

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or business transactional experience
• Polished client service and communication skills
• Strong drafting and organizational abilities
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
