Corporate Attorney: Practical Business Counseling with Hybrid Flexibility in King of Prussia

Our client, a growing suburban Philadelphia firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its King of Prussia office. The practice advises local and regional businesses on entity formation, contracts, financing, and day-to-day corporate counseling.

This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia. You will split time between the office and home while building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operating agreements, and corporate documents
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and ownership issues
• Support financing, acquisition, and succession transactions
• Coordinate diligence and closing for middle-market deals
• Serve as a practical business counselor to company owners and executives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and client-counseling skills
• Comfort working directly with business owners
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
