Corporate Attorney: Business Counseling and Transactions with Hybrid Flexibility in Clearwater

Our client, a respected Tampa Bay area firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Clearwater office. The corporate group advises privately held companies, family businesses, and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, entity structuring, commercial contracts, and ongoing governance matters.

This is a hybrid role. You will split time between the Clearwater office and home while serving as a trusted advisor to business clients.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
• Advise clients on entity selection, governance, and ownership transitions
• Lead due diligence and coordinate closings
• Support financing, succession, and growth transactions
• Collaborate with tax and real estate colleagues on multidisciplinary deals

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Polished drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
