We are working with a highly regarded, sophisticated regional law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm transactional experience, including substantial experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated corporate transaction documents. Experience with venture capital transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions is required.

Compensation is highly competitive, with an anticipated base salary range of approximately $180,000 to $260,000, depending on office location, experience, and other relevant factors.
