Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong transactional experience and a refined understanding of business law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of industries. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

- Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
