A highly respected, established New England law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated and growing corporate practice in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The firm has five offices throughout New England, with Manchester serving as its largest location and the primary home office for this position. With approximately 130+ employees, the firm offers the resources and caliber of a larger regional platform while maintaining a highly collegial, first-name-basis culture with very little emphasis on hierarchy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate attorney seeking sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client exposure, strong mentorship, and a transparent long-term path toward partnership — without the billable expectations or culture of BigLaw.

Mergers & acquisitions, including stock and asset transactions
Transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closings
Debt and equity financings, including venture capital, convertible debt, and traditional bank financing
Entity formation and corporate governance
Private securities offerings and related state and federal securities matters
Commercial contracts and general business counseling
Advising startups and emerging-growth businesses throughout their lifecycle
Ongoing strategic counseling for privately held and middle-market companies
Associates have meaningful opportunities to interact directly with clients, develop business, and build their own practice with the support of an experienced team.
Why join us?

Additional compensation may be tied to overall firm performance

Hybrid Structure
The firm expects attorneys to spend approximately three days per week in the office, but there are no mandatory designated in-office days. Attorneys are trusted to determine the schedule that works best for their practice, clients, and team.
New hires often choose to spend additional time in the office initially to build relationships and integrate with the practice.
Manchester will serve as the primary office, although attorneys may occasionally work from or visit other firm locations, including Portsmouth and Boston.
The firm's offices are modern, first-class professional environments and include amenities such as standing desks throughout the offices.
Culture & Long-Term Growth

There is a clearly defined path toward shareholder, with transparent expectations regarding advancement, performance, business development, and compensation.
Benefits
The firm offers an exceptionally comprehensive benefits package and takes a highly transparent approach to total compensation.
