Position: Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, and occasional evening or weekend hours Location: In person, St. Paul WHO WE ARE For more than 129 years, Neighborhood House has partnered with families in St. Paul to ensure access to essential services, including food, housing, education, and opportunities. Today, we serve more than 30,000 individuals annually across six neighborhoods, striving for a community where everyone can thrive. POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with businesses, corporations, and community groups to expand engagement and support for Neighborhood House. This role focuses on generating and coordinating in-kind donations, sponsorships, and volunteer engagement opportunities that advance the organization’s mission and fundraising efforts. The Manager works closely with the Chief Advancement Officer and advancement colleagues to align partnership activities with organizational priorities and donor engagement strategies. This position plays a key role in expanding pathways for corporate and community involvement while supporting key initiatives such as the March Food Drive and the annual fundraising gala.
