This position is based in Temple, Texas. Candidates should reside within a 50-minute commute of the Temple area to support on-site collaboration and business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Review, monitor, and balance daily and weekly accounting reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections and adjustments.
Process expense invoices accurately and efficiently.
Prepare invoice batches for auditing and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Scan, index, and maintain accounting documentation and records.
Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to research and resolve issues.
Communicate financial information and results to management as requested.
Ensure accounting activities are completed in compliance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Support departmental operations through cross-training and knowledge sharing.
Assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Two or more years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative office environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with financial systems and computer-based reporting tools.
