Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across approximately 80 legal entities. This role will manage corporate finances, investor reporting, banking, payroll, insurance, real estate taxes, and lender compliance while partnering closely with leadership and asset management teams.

Manage monthly and quarterly financial, owner, and investor reporting.
Oversee corporate accounting, budgeting, cash flow, month-end close, and intercompany transactions.
Manage accounting and compliance for multiple legal entities across several states.
Handle banking activities, reconciliations, debt compliance, and lender reporting.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, insurance renewals, and real estate tax administration.
Review property budgets, operating expenses, funding requests, and investor distributions.
Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and transaction closings.
Maintain accounting procedures and improve financial processes using technology and AI tools.
