ROLE OVERVIEW 

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that elevate the Asplundh brand and support strategic business initiatives across a diverse portfolio of companies and services. This role partners closely with Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and executive leadership to create engaging digital and print materials that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
 
The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with exceptional execution skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communications materials including brochures, presentations, trade show displays, social media graphics, digital advertisements, signage, branded collateral, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, HR, and executive stakeholders to develop creative concepts that support company initiatives and business objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all visual communications and ensure adherence to established brand standards.
  • Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital production files with a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while meeting established deadlines.
  • Create visually engaging presentations and executive-level communications that effectively convey key messages.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Support website, UX, and UI design initiatives when applicable.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating print, digital, branding, and presentation work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PREFERENCES 

Work Model: Hybrid
Preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel as needed
