Description

To achieve Cornerstone Equipment key vendor mutual performancegoals. *This agreement supersedes allpreviousagreements and may be subject tochange JOB PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES Partner with the Operations Manager to lead daily service operations by training, empowering, and directing technicians whilemaintainingorganized workflows, schedules, work orders, timesheets, PM tracking, and parts requisitions. Lead the Service Team with a focus on professionalism, positivity, and profitability, setting the standard for customer service and operational excellence. Support revenue and profitability goals by improving workflow,assistingwith estimates and approvals, managing joblogistics, andmaintainingtechnician billing efficiency above 90%. Direct and support technicians in performing PMs, condition reports, on-site repairs, andidentifyingadditionalbillable repair opportunities on customer equipment. Provide technical and diagnostic guidance using hands-on experience, manufacturer resources, and industry experts to ensuretimely,accuraterepairs. Oversee shop operations, including opening/closing procedures, checklists, cleanliness, tool organization, and safety standards. Assistwith building and developing a strong service team through hiring support, performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and ongoing technical training. Maintain professional growth through continued education, training, and industry seminars. GENERAL JOB DUTIES OF ALL CORNERSTONE EMPLOYEES: Assiststeam members with any necessary and essential task to ensurefullyfunctional organization. Provide excellent customerservice,with a highly positive and friendly approach. Carry out all company CoreValues andgenerally beavailable and ready toassistwith any otherappropriate jobtask. Other duties as assigned. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Cornerstone Equipment has the right to make changes to this compensation plan as the conditionswarrant.Iftherearechanges,theemployeewillbenotified14days (2 full weeks) in advance and will be protected on orders received during thisperiod. This compensation agreement is predicated on the assumption of Total Involvement.Employeeshall diligently, faithfully, and legallysolicitprospective customers in an endeavor to secure sales forCornerstone Equipment.Employeeshallutilizetheir best efforts to obtain business exclusively for Cornerstone Equipment and solely to promote our business operations.Employee isnot to be engaged in other gainful employment or to receive other compensation for services of anytype. CONFIDENTIALITYAGREEMENT Employeemay receive certain Confidential Information during the term of this Agreement.Employeeagrees to preserve the confidentiality of such information, and to make every effort to ensure that the confidentiality of such information is not compromised by any action or omission ofEmployee. Employeespecifically agrees that he or she will not at any time, whether during or subsequent to the term of their employment by Cornerstone Equipment, in any fashion, form, or manner, unless specifically consented to in writing by Cornerstone Equipment, use or divulge, disclose, or communicate to any representative, firm, or corporation, in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information or any kind, nature ordescription.
