Roles & Responsibilities
Define and document business needs, goals, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and engineers.
Capture functional and non‐functional requirements in detail.
Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations to understand technical constraints.
Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and business processes.
Work closely with IT, engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scope clarification during Agile ceremonies.
Liaise with internal departments and end‐users to validate system functionality.
Ability to Work in the development life cycle like developing and assisting User Stories

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize system performance.
