About the Role:Pantheon Health System, LLC is seeking a dedicated, experienced Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our growing team in Edmond, OK. Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee clinical laboratory testing including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain quality control and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to interpret and communicate lab results
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling laboratory personnel
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Current MLS (ASCP) or equivalent national certification required
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical laboratory experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards, including CLIA and CAP accreditation
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic instrumentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- MLT/ MT, AMT, or ASCP certified. Vitros machine experience required.
