Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Technology Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Core Java and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Java technologies, object-oriented programming, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java.
Apply Java programming concepts, object-oriented design principles, data structures, exception handling, and multithreading to build reliable solutions.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within project timelines.
Follow established software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and coding standards.
