Responsibilities
- Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity
- Ensure consistency with style guides and brand voice
- Fact-check and verify sources for accuracy
- Collaborate with writers and content teams on revisions
- Proofread final drafts before publication
- Suggest improvements to structure, tone, and readability
- Manage multiple projects and meet publishing deadlines
Requirements
- Excellent command of English grammar and style
- Sharp attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with style guides such as AP or Chicago
- Experience with word processing and content management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- High school diploma required; degree in English, Journalism, or related field a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
