Copilot Lead Trainer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft Copilot Trainer to drive adoption and effective usage of
Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization. The ideal candidate will design and deliver
training programs, create learning materials, conduct workshops, and help users
maximize productivity through AI-powered capabilities in Microsoft 365 applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training & Enablement
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on learning sessions for employees at different skill levels.
- Develop role-based learning paths for business users, managers, and leadership teams.
- Create training content including presentations, user guides, videos, quick-reference materials, and FAQs.
Adoption & Change Management
- Drive user adoption of Microsoft Copilot through awareness campaigns and enablement initiatives.
- Identify business use cases and demonstrate practical Copilot scenarios.
- Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Support organizational change management efforts related to AI adoption.
Technical Guidance
- Educate users on Copilot capabilities within:
o Microsoft Teams
o Outlook
o Word
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o OneNote
o SharePoint
- Train users on prompt engineering best practices.
- Explain responsible AI, data security, compliance, and governance practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business units to understand training requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital Transformation, and Change Management teams.
- Provide periodic adoption and training effectiveness reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering concepts.
- Experience in user adoption, change management, or digital transformation projects.
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure AI, or Modern Workplace.

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
