Overview

Our client is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio across the enterprise. This individual will partner with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered productivity, design and develop custom Copilot agents, establish governance best practices, and enable employees to effectively leverage AI solutions in their daily work.

This role blends AI solution architecture, Copilot development, governance, and user enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building innovative solutions and helping organizations successfully adopt emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Solution Development

  • Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that improve business processes and create measurable value.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand departmental needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
  • Configure connectors, topics, workflows, and integrations within Copilot Studio.
  • Support and troubleshoot Copilot agents created by business users.
  • Develop reusable templates, standards, and best practices to accelerate future agent development.

AI Enablement & User Adoption

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Copilot capabilities and use cases.
  • Train and support employees on agent creation, deployment, and effective usage.
  • Lead workshops, learning sessions, and demonstrations to drive adoption.
  • Help users understand the "art of the possible" with AI and identify opportunities for automation and productivity gains.
  • Measure adoption, engagement, and business impact through analytics and reporting.

Governance & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain Power Platform governance standards, including environment strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Create and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security controls.
  • Support application lifecycle management (ALM) processes across Development, Sandbox, and Production environments.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to mitigate data oversharing risks.
  • Assist with sensitivity labeling, data governance initiatives, and AI risk management practices.

Integration & Innovation

  • Integrate Copilot and Copilot Studio with enterprise applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, Box, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Leverage APIs, Graph Connectors, Power Platform tools, and related technologies to extend Copilot capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI features and provide recommendations for enterprise adoption.
  • Pilot new AI capabilities and identify innovative use cases that improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing and building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot administration.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environments, DLP policies, and ALM processes.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, or automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and information governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI adoption and enablement programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph Connectors and Copilot extensibility.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance platforms such as AvePoint, Obsidian, or similar tools.
  • Experience with organizational change management, user adoption, or training initiatives.
  • Exposure to emerging Microsoft AI technologies and preview programs
