About the role

As a Copier & Printer Repair Technician at Les Olson Company, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers' office technology running smoothly. You'll service, maintain, and repair multifunction copiers, printers, and document management systems at customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas.

This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and customer interaction. Each day brings new challenges as you troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and help businesses maximize the performance of their office technology. You'll serve as a trusted representative of Les Olson Company, delivering exceptional service while building your technical knowledge and expertise.

What you'll do

• Travel to customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
