Roles and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Batcher's role is to ensure that all materials and logistical needs for their assigned shift are met to achieve operational and production standards. They are also responsible for ensuring the oncoming shift packaging material and donors are in place with lines set-up for operation. To accomplish this, they must communicate with the Copack administrative staff, Packaging and Shift Supervisors, to identify and align with the shift needs. They have overall responsibility for their shift returns which include all packaging materials and donor products.
Schedule: Mon-Thur/2:30pm-1:00am.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential for hours worked. Must be flexible to work other shifts during training period of two weeks.
