Coos Robotic Engineer

Job Summary
Seeking a Coos Robotic Engineer to support robotic welding and automation in a live manufacturing environment. This role will focus on Coos robot programming, equipment integration, troubleshooting, welding process development, and automation improvements.
Responsibilities
Program, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain Coos robotic welding equipment and tooling.
Develop and optimize robotic welding processes, parameters, and equipment controls.
Support equipment validation, preventive maintenance, CAPA initiatives, and corrective actions.
Improve cycle times, reduce defects and equipment downtime, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, drawings, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
Support automation requirements for New Product Development.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on automation and controls solutions.
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Coos robot integration experience in a live manufacturing environment.
Experience with robotic welding processes and procedures.
Knowledge of AWS welding standards.
Robotic manufacturing experience across multiple applications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
