    • Administer the district's enterprise cellular and mobility services program, including wireless voice, data, hotspots, tablets, mobile broadband, Cradlepoint devices, and other connectivity solutions supporting instructional and business operations.
    • Coordinate the ordering, provisioning, activation, suspension, deactivation, deployment, and ongoing administration of cellular devices and wireless services while ensuring compliance with district standards and carrier requirements.
    • Serve as the district's primary subject matter expert for enterprise mobility services, providing technical guidance on cellular technologies, wireless carrier services, mobile connectivity, LTE/5G networks, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and emerging mobility solutions.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain governance standards, operational procedures, technical documentation, and best practices supporting enterprise mobility, mobile device security, device lifecycle management, and wireless service administration.
    • Ensure compliance with district cybersecurity standards, mobile device security policies, regulatory requirements, technology audits, asset verification activities, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements related to enterprise mobility services.
    • Review, reconcile, and administer wireless carrier invoices, service plans, billing allocations, departmental chargeback reports, financial documentation, procurement activities, contract administration, annual budget planning, billing discrepancy resolution, service optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Maintain accountability for cellular devices, SIM/eSIM assets, hotspots, Cradlepoint equipment, and related wireless technologies through established asset management and inventory control practices.

    • Five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise cellular services, telecommunications, wireless technologies, enterprise mobility platforms, and telecommunications expense management.
