College degree (advanced degree preferred), preferably in a health or social services field; 1-3 years supervisory experience in a health or social services field; Knowledge of quality assurance, performance monitoring, and basic research skills; 2-4 years of training experience in a human services environment and/or instructional design and developing; 1-2 Years of experience in Public Speaking; Must be proficient in MS Office programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; Ensures that Enrollment Counselors are provided with updated knowledge of the program, community resources, and options for clients.
