Job Summary and Description

Responsible for planning and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.

This position will support the implementation and operations of the Alamo Colleges Future Ready Grant.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years' of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects.
• Supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master''s Degree.
• Experience in a community college is highly desirable.
• Experience working with first-generation and low-income students and their families.
• Track record of successful student recruitment at community events and active community engagement.
• Experience related to actively engaging with and serving K-12 populations, including middle school students, families, educators.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
