Job Description

At Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto, Coordinators are emerging leaders who take ownership of a specific area of the business while helping our restaurant pursue Operational Excellence every day.

Unlike a traditional management role, the Coordinator position is designed around an area of responsibility. Each Coordinator partners with the Leadership Team to develop systems, improve results, and serve our team through their area of ownership while helping Team Leaders lead exceptional shifts. Coordinators provide real-time coaching, reinforce operational standards, and support the development of our leadership team through daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve an assigned area of the business
  • Partner with Directors and Team Leaders to execute strategic initiatives
  • Develop systems, processes, and tools that improve restaurant performance
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Coach and develop Team Members within your area of responsibility
  • Lead shifts while modeling Operational Excellence and genuine hospitality
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment
  • Help execute restaurant goals, projects, and leadership initiatives
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A brand standards and restaurant expectations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership

  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership and initiative
  • Passion for developing people and improving systems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, but we are ultimately looking for individuals with leadership potential, strong character, and a desire to grow.
  • Must be available to work 4 opens/closes per week
