Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Coordinator - HSL Sales Lead is to manage leads for the entire Group Sales Department, utilize several lead distribution channels and channel management platforms to ensure information is entered into the Delphi and CRM systems accurately and timely. The Coordinator - Lead will qualify all requests to enable the Sales Manager to maximize their selling time.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Initial correspondence from the client including; qualifying, creating, and assigning leads in the Delphi and the MS Dynamics - CRM System.
  • Ensure all leads are assigned and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Report on Lead activity, conversion, and response times.
  • Safety is an essential function of this job.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
  • 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality, sales, travel, or tourism industry.
  • 1 year of experience with Delphi, MS Dynamics, and MS Office products.
  • Must be well organized and able to multi-task assigned job duties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results driven, and customer focused.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to

  • Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
  • Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
