The Black Cultural Zone CDC is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Coordinator, Programs to provide essential coordination and documentation support across BCZ's Community Development and Economic Development initiatives. This role stewards the creation and maintenance of initiative briefs, implementation plans, program files, and KPI data - ensuring all programs are clearly documented, consistently tracked, and effectively executed. Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday; weekends and evenings as necessary
Location: Hybrid - 6 days in-person days per month at BCZ hubs and community locations
Compensation: $32.00 per hour
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package for team members working 30+ hours per week, beginning the 1st of the month after 60 days of regular employment. BCZ pays 100% of team member premiums and 50% of dependent premiums. Benefits include Medical (Kaiser Gold 80 HMO), Dental (MetLife), Vision (MetLife), Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Legal Plan (MetLife MetLaw), CalSavers Retirement, Employee Assistance Program (5 free sessions per incident), Thrive Coaching, BCZ Wellness Days (4th Friday of each month), 15 observed holidays per year, 72 hours paid sick leave, and 12 vacation days per year.
