The Practice Coordinator (PC) supports and maintains the operations of the TeamHealth Hospital Medicine (THHM) practice, both administratively and operationally. The Practice Coordinator is expected to uphold TeamHealth's Mission, Vision, and Values at all times.
Administratively, the Practice Coordinator collaborates with the Facility Medical Director, VP of Operations, Regional Medical Director, and hospital leadership to ensure administrative needs are met and clinicians are supported.
Operationally, the Practice Coordinator is responsible for daily patient reconciliation, record processing, documentation review, and submission to the designated Billing Center. This role ensures timely and accurate chart capture, assists with data collection for facility metrics, and contributes to the achievement of productivity targets.
This is an on-site position that must comply with all hospital guidelines as well as TeamHealth's policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports directly to HM Practice Coordinator (PC) Supervisor, indirectly to HM Chart Capture Manager and HM Chart Capture Director
