At Maryville University, we believe that a vibrant campus experience is essential to student success. We're seeking an energetic, collaborative, and student-centered Coordinator of Student Engagement & Campus Traditions who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring students together, strengthen community, and cultivate a true sense of belonging. In this role, you'll help shape many of the traditions that define the Maryville experience-from Welcome Week and Homecoming to Spring Fling, involvement fairs, and innovative campus engagement initiatives. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to student leaders, mentor emerging campus influencers, and collaborate across the university to create experiences that students remember long after graduation.

What You'll Do
As the Coordinator of Student Engagement & Campus Traditions, you'll play an integral role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community.
Create Signature Campus Experiences
You'll lead or support many of Maryville's most recognizable campus traditions, including:
From concept through execution, you'll help create engaging, high-quality experiences that encourage students to get involved and build lasting connections.
