    Job Summary

    Maintain accurate housing records to include assignments in eRezlife program, charges in Banner Housing fee tables, occupancy reports, Excel spreadsheets, room changes, cancellations, building access, and process delinquency notice, if necessary.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Life, the Housing Operations Manager is responsible for:

    • All housing assignments utilizing ULMs eRezlife program.
    • Oversee application process for each semester.
    • Maintaining accurate housing records which include posting charges in Banner, occupancy reports, excel spreadsheets, room changes, cancelation, building access and processing delinquency notices if necessary.
    • Balancing the needs of multiple ULM entities such as Athletics, International Students, etc. as it relates to housing needs.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to prepare buildings/rooms for residents.
    • Work with the managing staff at Warhawk Village Apartments on all assignments, room changes and contracts.

    Additional:

    • Some after hours and weekend work is required.
    • Help to maintain a culture of customer service for existing residents and new students inquiring and applying for housing.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Residential Life.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree preferred in a related field and 2-3 years experience working in higher education. A qualified candidate should have working knowledge of Banner, Excel, and Microsoft. Familiarity with eRezlife a plus.
