Job Title: Coordinator of Game Operations, Facilities, and Special Events

Reports To: Director of Game Operations, Facilities, and Special Events
Location: On-site FLSA Status: Exempt
Annual duration: 12-month

Summary Description: This position is responsible for all game day activities during the events and ensures that all key positions are staffed and that all workers and volunteers are properly trained for their responsibilities. They help in the preparation before, during, and after Game Days. Serve as Game Day Manager for
football, assist with ticket operations, and organize and execute various fundraising events. Promote and execute game day promotions. Adhere to the SAC and NCAA policies and procedures, and support and uphold the athletic department's goals and philosophies.
