Albany Law School seeks a Coordinator to work in its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Office providing high-level administrative and programming support to meet the law school's commitments and goals to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for all students, staff and faculty. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence and Enrollment Management and manages the office's calendar, tracks and pays departmental expenses, provides event planning and support services in collaboration with a variety of departments and student affinity groups, manages physical and virtual office spaces, helps to cultivate community partners and identify service opportunities for the campus community, refers students for appropriate assistance with social and intercultural conflicts, student wellness and academic challenges, tracks faculty and staff training participation in DEI sponsored training, manages the office's Instagram page and manages communications regarding events.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits package. Pay rate offered will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, and in consideration of internal equity. Comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with 5% employer contribution, employer paid life insurance and disability coverage and generous paid time off (PTO, volunteer time off, holidays and parental leave). We are a Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible employer.
