    Description:
    The Coordinator III will assist with management of the General Carpentry trade for Client Retail Stores. They will assist with daily duties such as reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting and violation tracking and vendor proposal review/approval.
    Primary Responsibilities Include:
    Vendor Coordination
    Service Level Adjustments
    Compliance Monitoring
    Administrative Tracking
    Work Schedule:
    Hybrid/In Office- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    Role:
    Administrative Position (training will be provided)
    Entire Team is based in Office
    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED required
    Minimum 2+ years of relevant work or trade school experience
    2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
    2+ years of experience in property vendor or program management
    2+ years of analytical/ reporting experience
    2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
    2+ years of managing multiple projects
    3+ years of MS Office Suite experience
    Interview Process:
    First interview conducted via Microsoft Teams (virtual)
    Second interview (if needed) will be onsite

    1. Vendor & Trade Coordination (Facilities Focus)
    Required Depth: 2+ years supporting vendors or trade programs
    Experience coordinating service providers, reviewing vendor proposals, tracking SLAs, and supporting vendor performance or business reviews
    Exposure to facilities, property, or retail trade environments strongly preferred
    2. Analytical & Reporting Skills (Excel Heavy)
    Required Depth: Intermediate to Advanced Excel
    Strong experience with:
    Pivot tables
    Data formatting
    VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
    Ability to track and report on KPIs including aging work orders, compliance metrics, and service levels
    Comfortable working with large datasets and recurring reports with a high level of accuracy
    3. Administrative Program Management
    Required Depth: 2+ years managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
    Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow through skills
    Experience supporting compliance activities, audits, or violation tracking preferred
    Ability to pivot quickly based on workload and business needs
