Our client, a Communications company, is looking for a Coordinator II for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Support Project Manager in handling administrative, logistical and communicative tasks required to keep projects on schedule.
Have knowledge of ILA huts/shelters placement
Have basic electrical knowledge
Follow TOP (turn over package) by order Type.
Review DF Colo Breaker Change, DF Colo New Rack or Power procedures.
Review ILA hut photos and identify correlation to specific shelter ID, to include:
Rack IDs to include baseplate and/or top of rack.
Front/back of rack with fuse panel energized
Image of A/B side fuse panels termination including correct P-tag
Image of BDCBB (A & B side panels with power on, slots labeled to indicate opposite end of power cable at customer RR, breaker at contracted amperage)
Image of rack ground connection.
Maintain project timelines, establish task lists and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Organize stakeholder meetings, transcribe meeting minutes and act as the primary liaison between team and the project manager.
Prepare project status reports, manage project related paperwork and document/track project logs/changes.
