    • Advises supervisors of district policies and procedures in order to support employee performance management and corrective actions, including discipline and dismissal actions, and management of complaints.
    • Recognized functional expert who regularly facilitates employee relations processes and projects critical to the organization in support of a high performance work place including, but limited to administrative leaves, grievances and disciplinary actions.
    • Analyzes diverse and complex employee relations matters to determine the best course of action in accordance with district policies, and in consideration of organizational impact.
    • Advises employees on the employee grievance process.
    • Interprets, implements, and administers organization-wide human resource policies and processes.
    • Drafts clear and concise written communications to address employee concerns and accurately relay information regarding district policies.
    • Develops internal and external contacts pertaining to organization-wide functions.
    • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
